People don't understand what working in these places are like and what you have to deal with for a main city post office it is handled well by staff and is of course very busy but with some patience they do get the customers down. I have found the self service useful for more than just being able to buy a stamp. This job isn't as easy as what it looks to everyone please just be patient and less nasty while waiting in the que

Went in today and there was a small que with 2 people behind the desk, but the self service was broken again. It wasn't until a heard a customer in front of me say it's been 2 weeks now that it's been up and down and they still haven't properly fixed them. The license renewal is also broken nothing seemed to work to what would make getting parcels done a lot quicker. Staff are friendly though can't fault that at all.

Turned up at 8.50pm on a Saturday morning. This is 10 mins before they were due to open. A young girl (who looked worse for wear) opened the shutter halfway to say she was on her own in the store & couldn't let us in as she had to wait another 15/20 mins for another staff member to be present in the store before she could open the store and let us in. Appalling !!!

Staff were helpful enough, nobody on self service to guide through simple transactions. Disappointed to see that only one colleague was serving with a queue of nine people when I arrived. Floor was messy with litter.
