I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order of pork meat with an ice pack to keep it cool. I placed the order with the expectation that it would be delivered promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After the allotted delivery time had passed, I contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that the driver was only six deliveries away and that my order would be delivered soon. However, after an hour had passed, I called again to inquire about the delay, and I was informed that the driver had run out of time for delivery and had to start collecting before businesses shut. I was shocked that I was not informed of this earlier, as it would have saved me the inconvenience of waiting for an order that was not going to arrive. The next day, the order was delivered, but the meat pack felt warm and the ice had melted. This was not acceptable, as the order was supposed to be delivered with an ice pack to keep it cool. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the service I received. I am very disappointed with my experience with your company and I hope that this matter will be addressed. I expect a full refund for my order, as it did not meet my expectations. I also expect that in the future, your company will inform customers of any issues with their orders in a timely and transparent manner. Additionally, I would like to express my frustration with the fact that the delay caused a total waste of my afternoon. I had to cancel my plans and spend six hours waiting for an order that ultimately did not arrive. As you can imagine, I was extremely angry and disappointed with this situation. I hope that your company takes this complaint seriously and takes steps to improve its customer service and delivery procedures. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding my refund and any steps that will be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Terrible service, I was in for my delivery of iv fluid that I needed, I have 6 dogs they didn't bark, no knock but got card through door, I phoned them yes it's Friday, but they can't deliver till Monday, disgusting service

Wouldn't even give one star! Awful delivery service. Parcel was meant to arrive on a certain day by 4.30 that day I rang and they said it was one stop away, it never turned up so the next morning I rang they said it will be that afternoon , once again never turned up. Ended up ringing telling them to just send back to seller and I'll get my refund. Had to go out and purchase the item somewhere els as I needed it.

Drivers attitude disgusting I am disabled was upstairs at home alone when he came i opened bathroom window and explained I'm disabled and home alone so could he pls Take it next door he said no I'll just leave it on the door step i said pls don't leave it in full view of the street pls give me 5 mins to get down as I am disabled and it takes me a while he mumbled something i couldn't hear so I got down as quickly as I could as I got to the door my phone went off saying we tried to deliver your parcel but nobody home pls arrange redeliver!!! If he'd just given me time to get to the door instead of being horrible!!!

I'm very disappointed with there service, the driver who was supposed to deliver my order lied that he couldn't find anyone at home but he never showed up or call I have been waiting for him its so annoying how this driver lie just like that and now I'm worried that my meat will be spoiled 😕 they don't have people at heart, why is that the driver don't communicate with clients 😕
