Very disappointed with this post office when it's open it's all fine, never issues. The real issue it's never hardly open online it says they're open all the time till late this is lies they must just pick and choose whenever they want to work/open the counter it's wrong. Today I walked there in the pouring rain as my car is broke and it was closed a little sign saying closed all weekend? Sorry but why put a sign up it should be online so people like myself don't walk there and end up soaked for no reason. They need to either get someone else to work the days the other one isn't working to be more consistent or update the opening hours online so we can check when you are open instead of having wasted journeys.

According to the lady working on the till ( 2 of them working it) the post office is open from 6 am till 8pm (but not today, tomorrow.) - im here at 5pm. I was there only to pick up a parcel, a week ago i was there to send a P.O, couldnt do that either... Just dont go there for the post office, you will get nothing done. They got thier biiiiiig book pf excuses ready.

Been taking parcels to this one for months using pre paid parcel bags which are paid by my company usually same blonde women who deals with me no problem, unfortunately today someone else was on and because she couldn't be bothered to do her job denied the parcel bag which I've used the pre paid next day delivery bags for years wanted me to explain to her how to do her job so walked off and took it to a proper post office which had no issues with the bag or system what so ever

Very Bad customer Service, The Cashier Very rude, I come On 8 Of October 2022, At 12:25 To Top up my gas, The Postoffice is Closing at 12:30, And the Cashier saying for me That Am close i Can't do anything, I Have to Stay at the Night in my house at cold because i don't Have any gas and all postoffices is not working On sunday. Unbeliaviable service.
