Went to return a package through Royal Mail, Google says they close at 12:30 on Saturdays and I was there 15 minutes before and they told me they were closed. In reality they only have one guy that knows how to work the postal service while the rest stand around clueless. Train your staff properly or hire someone who can do both till service and postal, ridiculous!
Lost my parcel. Seem incompetent
Been here a few times to try and use the post office. Don't waste your time because they are hardly ever open they seem to pick their own hours as and went it suits them.
Poor service! Please choose another place if you are using their Royal Mail service. Not people friendly and felt too rude.
Very happy to recommend this post office now, teathing problems sorted out now and staff are friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to go in and use this post office now. 1000 times improvement now Well done 👍
