Stepney Post Office

I want to thank the staff who work here; they are truly respectful, helpful, and kind.

I had awful experience in the beginning of the morning.the Staff wasn’t polite and didnt behave with respect.Not recommended at all

Very dismissive staff rude. Overpriced even for a convenient shop, Changes price on popular items daily making more expensive, old out of date stock selling nothing good, this should no longer be a post office. ASDA offering better for cheaper and have free cash machine. You may get mugged but at least they smile 😄

PO counter staff very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately there is one woman who works at this post office who is forever making everything difficult had many experiences, tried collecting an item with evri from vinted email was shown all evidence etc and a package I had recently collected from this post office but because my passport does not match my vinted shop name i was not allowed my item having to cancel and send somewhere else not like me to leave a complaint but it is always this one person at this post office please have more helpful attitude, prior to shutting me down and not listening to me I was firstly told there was no item with that name without moving to look then created another problem, I was polite and patient this was not a problem same woman over many years creating a problem and refusing to listen from there on.
