I was disappointed with my last visit. Although the Dentist was very friendly, she did a VERY superficial check for gum disease. I know I have had gum disease for years and every time I have visited a Dentist over the last 10 years they have found quite deep pockets - ranging from 1 to 4 or 5 in depth. This Dentist found pockets measuring 1! and only tested a very few. Subsequently I was not referred for Hygiene treatment which I definitely need. I have had years of good treatment at this practice but since my regular Dentist left, I have had two very poor experiences.

Due to a fear of dentist I was booked in here to have sedation for some teeth extractions. Upon arrival I was seen immediately by the receptionist who was very polite. After filling in a short form I was asked to wait in the waiting area until my appointment. The dentist was a little late but I was still seen to within 15 minutes. Every member of the team was brilliant with me, reassuring me whilst waiting for the sedation to kick in. I don’t remember anything else after that, other than getting home. 5 🌟 all the way.

The receptionist are efficient and very friendly. Maria Vasquez, my dentist was kind and gentle and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The dental nurse, who I'm afraid I didn't get her name, was equally as friendly, kind and efficient. I would highly recommend Maria and the practise as a whole.

The first call to 543 set the tone for me, Abby was patient and although she confessed she was new, was knowledgeable and able to handle a complex case very quickly. On arriving the atmosphere continued, greatest by smiles and a clean waiting area. The staff look genuinely happy to be there and makes clients feel the same. I may post updates throughout treatment. Amazing dentist (Pilar Fukushima) and surgery. the very best I've ever been to. Even my son, who used to be nervous around dentist's feels completely as ease with Pilar. Thank you
