Had harry come out and give us a quote prior to having a new worchester boche heating system fitted he gave us plenty of options with his reccomendations for it , after accepting the quote john was sent to do the install over 4 days absolutly fantastic guy super knowlegable ,polite and friendly fully installed the boiler ,thermostatic valves on all my radiators as well as 2 brand new ones, beautifully piped up to the point it seems like a shame it will be covered , talked us through every step of the process and work super tidy and efficently , i would recommend MCS to everyone who will hear it , [on a side note for harry give john a raise !! Lol ] again we could not be happier with the service and install we received

5 Star is not enough My husband and I have moved into a new property with no heating ( the estate agent forgot that small detail) We had several engineers have a look, most of them didn't quite know what to do and others just didn't return our calls and that was just for a simple quote. We called MCS Heating, we were given a quote on the same day, kept up to speed with everything and had it all done before Christmas. The gentleman we had that did all the work, he deserves another 10 Star on his own. He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and answered all of our questions. We are very much grateful and would highly highly recommend.

We recently had the underfloor heating power flushed and an air conditioning unit installed by Rob and Craig of MSC Heating & Plumbing Ltd. What professional people they are from Harry providing the quotes, Tina scheduling the jobs to Rob & Craig undertaking the installations absolutely excellent 5 star. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, professional, friendly and helpful. No mess, no fuss simply got on with the job didn’t even wake the cat. Highly recommended and we will be taking out MCS cover upon our British Gas cover expiring (BG don’t cover underfloor heating). Well done and thank you all.

I can wholeheartedly recommend MCS. I have just had a Worcester combi boiler fitted by Jon, and Rob who joined him for part of the job. I was consulted on all aspects of the job, and given explanations to why something was being done and whether I was happy with this. The job was done professionally and neatly.
