Great store - I recently decided to redecorate and spruce up a couple of rooms in my home, which ended up being a full house makeover - and I was able to get pretty much everything I needed just from here, from new trap fittings to colour matching archive F&B paints, to finishing touches like plant pots. The staff are super helpful, especially the team on the paint mixing station. It's my first stop for any DIY bits!

Due to my disability and my Husbands I asked Will in store if he could help load some flooring. Will went above and beyond making sure we did no lifting and we had time to browse with no rush. He came to the till when we were ready and loaded the car too. Fantastic smile and so friendly. Could not ask for more. A credit to the store and the managers. Thank you.

We purchased 3 Christmas trees last Monday from here and Kyle (or possibly Karl) was really helpful in helping my husband carry them through the store and to the car.

I went to rent out Rug Doctor. Debs was the person who guided me. Absolute fantastic of a human being. She explained in very detail, how to use it, how to use the detergent with it. She was very caring. Bless her. Thankyou Debs, it was a delight meeting you. Well done team B&Q.

It a very large store with a large carpark in a convenient location. However last time I visited staff was hazard to find and the thing that I checked if was available only just wasn't in the shelf.
