Came in 29th Dec 2025 for 1st injection and flea/worming. From the receptionist to the actual vet, I couldn't have been more pleased. The receptionist were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The vet was kind and very gentle with our puppy. He gave her the injection without any fuss from Lily. Thank you

The vet I saw she was very helpful and said every question about my cat Glen check him over give him his injection. He wasn't stressed at all. She did a wonderful job. Bye thank you.

Gave some good practical advice on his teeth. Very pleasant and professional. Was leaving the practice before the time of his appointment. He can be very temperamental but she handled him beautifully and he was a star.

My experience at this practice has been positive since leaving another vets due to a bad experience. I have found the staff to be friendly, caring and efficient. The practice looks very clean with an area especially for cats in the waiting room.

Haven veterinary group took care of my rat pickle until we unfortunately made the decision to put him to sleep. They were always very helpful in getting us last minute appointments and listening to his issues. They were very thorough throughout his treatment. His euthanasia was also handled with remorse and care. It made an incredibly hard day, a tiny bit easier. I also received a thoughtful card from a few weeks later. Incredibly kind of them.
