Lisa at Flex was amazing with my 2 year old daughter. She was patient, friendly, but also firm enough to get my daughter to engage with the exercises necessary for checking her over. The area was perfect for kids, like a soft play area with lots of toys. My daughter quite frankly had a whale of a time and I wouldn't hesitate to take her back.

I've used Flex Health for multiple injuries over the years, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. I've seen several of their physios, but mainly Alex Chester, who has been absolutely fantastic every time. Alex is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — he always takes the time to explain what’s going on and how best to recover. The level of care and attention I've received has made a huge difference in my recovery each time. Because of my positive experiences, I’ve recommended so many people to Flex Health, and every one of them has come back with great feedback too. They’re just amazing — a top-tier physio team.

I was suffering with a meniscus tear in my right knee and in so much pain. I couldn’t get a doctor’s appointment for weeks. I found Flex Health online and rang them. I signed up for 6 sessions of physiotherapy once a week. I was treated by the lovely Jen. Every session, although sometimes painful, was enjoyable and I could tell it was working. We had lots of chats ( to take my mind off the pain) and also laughs. All the staff are very nice and chatty. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Jen for treating me and getting rid of the pain. I’ll miss my weekly sessions. ( I haven’t got Instagram so I’ll never know if my ‘mishap’ on the Anti gravity treadmill went live 😂)

Lisa is the therapist treating my son. Every session is tailored to his needs with a structured plan to ensure he is achieving goals regularly whilst enjoying the session and having a positive experience. Absolutely amazing physiotherapist!

I went to Flex Health in Hull about 2 months ago after getting a knee injury from running. At first, we thought it was a meniscus tear, but thankfully it turned out to be a bruised bone still a setback, but a much better outcome. At the time I was really down in the dumps about not being able to run. Holly’s positive attitude and encouragement made such a difference and really helped me through the frustration of recovery. She’s been brilliant at keeping me focused and moving forward. Now I’m gradually getting back to running again, and it feels amazing to be out there. Huge thanks to Holly and the whole Flex Health team in Hull for their fantastic support and service.
