I was lucky enough to join this gym from opening. The knowledge of the trainer is extensive covering fitness, workouts tailored to individual goals, and nutrition. Excellent value for money. Provides a confidence building environment and is good for boosting mental health.
Great gym with a solid atmosphere. I’ve been attending their boxercise classes for a while now, and they really push you to give it your all! They’ve got a fully equipped onsite gym with all the boxing gear you need. Suitable for all levels everyone is made to feel welcome.
Offering excellent group and individual classes with an on-site physiotherapist, this gym is a fantastic place to train at much more affordable prices than other local gyms. You also get discount for Physio when you a member !
What a great gym, Highly recommend Steve and the team! Joining a new place is daunting but they make you feel really welcomed and they really know how to push you!
Soft micks is a great gym and the atmosphere is great. Steve is one of the best coaches I have ever had
