Excellent service. They confirmed my appointment with very little notice. This was my first therapy session today. The doctor was very kind, patient, and professional. Definitely exceptional care. I'm very happy. I have great faith that the problem with my shoulder and arm will be resolved with these therapies. Thank you so much, and God bless you.

6.25 today. A female picked the phone up then put it down on me. Why not answer the phone? When i rang back it was engaged. Shoddy Further to my last entry, I've rang six times this morning, Monday 21st October. Six times the automated voice said The other person has cleared. I'll contact CQC to raise my concerns

Waited for an appointment to get knee and ankle braces fitted they cancelled it said they'd send a new one never did chased it up about eight weeks later to be told I was discharged. I've slowly become more disabled due to units doing this I'm now in a wheelchair and have two toddlers at home now have no braces I was waiting to be measured for also same for fingers they said they'd refer me to a finger specialist I never heard anything same for accupuncture for my chronic pain never heard anything. The staff themselves were absolutly great with me and it was really helpful but I was discharged without being told after like two appointments and left with put the braces I was supposed to get and had already waited over a year for.
