I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bronx, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel instantly welcome. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the fantastic assistance I received from Ella. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect-sized shirt. Her expertise and patience were remarkable, as she took the time to understand my preferences and guide me through the selection process. Thanks to Ella's exceptional service, I left the store with a shirt that fit me perfectly, and I couldn't be happier! Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with a young lad named Jack, who assisted me in finding the ideal pair of jeans. His knowledge of the store's inventory and understanding of different fits and styles were impressive. Jack's friendly and professional demeanor made the entire jean-shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left the store with a pair of Levi’s jeans that fit perfectly. Every staff member I encountered seemed genuinely passionate about their work, and their enthusiasm translated into outstanding customer service. Moreover, the shop itself has a great vibe. The layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The selection of clothing is stylish and diverse. Ella's assistance in finding the perfect-sized shirt and Jack's expertise in helping me find the ideal pair of jeans were invaluable. The welcoming atmosphere and the dedication of all the employees truly set this store apart. I was truly impressed by Bronx!!

Spent hours looking in every other shop in hull for a pair of jeans that fit and had no luck whatsoever. As soon as I walked in here the guy was real helpful and sorted me right out. Customer service is mint will definitely be coming straight back here next time. Highly recommend

My husband bought a pair of Levi`s in October. On Christmas Day we noticed that they had developed very bad fraying on the back near both pockets. On 27.12.22 we went back into the store and requested a replacement pair. Which under the Sale of Goods Act we were entitled to as they had become damaged through no fault of our own. The jeans had been worn 8 times and washed twice. The manager refused to do an exchange, saying instead he would need to contact Levi`s directly. He then said that it was because Levi`s were not made as they used to be and that it must have been the way my husband was wearing them !!!! To say we were frustrated was an understatement. Ama the owner took photographs and said he would contact Levi`s in the new year. I wasn`t happy about it but as one of the staff members had decided to then wade in and be rude , we felt the best option was to leave. I contacted Levi`s myself with all of the information and photo`s, I also emailed Ama at Bronx and send a signed for and recorded letter. I gave a time when I expected reply. I also contacted Citizens Advice who pass all the details onto Trading Standards, who are still looking into how Bronx operate. I did get a response towards the end of January from Ama offering a refund of £44.00. After taking some good legal advise we refused and responded, by email. The next day we received by DPD a replacement pair of jeans. We also received directly from Levi`s a voucher for the same cost as the Jeans, as they were so disgusted at out treatment. To anyone in a similar situation do not give up. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Email and send recorded letters. Give a clear date on when you want a response. Send the manufacturer an email as well, name and shame the shop. They in this instance were bringing Levi`s name in to disrepute. Contact Citizens Advice/ Trading Standards. Read up on your rights and the Sales of Goods Act. Stop unscrupulous Shop Owners bullying you when they are quick to take your money.
