I’m a frequent shopper at the shopping centre and needed a new blouse in an absolute rush recently. One of the store colleagues was utterly fantastic and made sure I could resolve my issue with exceptional help and efficiency. An absolute asset to this team, well done Next St Stephen’s 👍 She was a blonde lady with glasses. I will endeavour to find her name upon the receipt. Thanks again

One of the chain of Next shops, this store located at the entrance of St Stephen’s Shopping Centre has the expected good range of clothing and accessories etc with some particularly lovely ladies wear at the moment. The store is light, bright and airy with plenty of room to move around the store without bumping into display racks or other shoppers. There’s lots of choice for all occasions; I particularly like the Petite section and I also love the summer bags.

Atrocious customer service. Called into St Stephens store this afternoon chose 2 pairs of trousers and a dress to try on. Changing rooms closed off (5:20), I asked the young assistant why closed "just because they are" she said. I asked but why were they closed. The reply "we're closing soon and that means we have to put all the clothes away" and just walked off. With that another member of staff appeared and I asked what time did the store close " 6 o clock" she replied I asked her why the changing room was closed, she apologised and opened them up.After trying on the trousers I decided to buy them. Took them to the till where the first assistant was behind the counter, she saw me, rang her bell and bobbed down. Second assistant came to serve me and was nothing but rude and dismissive. At no point had I been impolite or rude to either of them. This is customer service at it's very worst. Incidentally 2 further customers followed me into the changing room and both made purchases. Potentially at the very least the company would have lost 3 customers. I normally shop at the Kingswood branch were the staff are very friendly and always helpful
