Paul Came to fit us our new ornate cast iron radiator in our hallway. He was very officiant, kind and professional. He did an excellent job and we will 100% be using his service going forward. The wait time wasn’t too long and he didn’t overcharge like most plumbers these days. 5⭐️ from us xx
Great up there date communication, friendly and knowledgeable. Used Paul for my parents boiler fix and shower fix and again for my boiler service to maintain its guarantee. Would recommend and will be using again.
Excellent service from Paul, he carried out our boiler service and was very knowledgeable and explaining what he was doing and why, fully checking the boiler in all areas not just a quick once over.
An all round great experience. I reached out and within a couple of days I had my boiler serviced and repaired. Paul came and encountered further issues with the boiler, but stayed and made sure he didnt leave until everything was right. Really helpful and approachable, already booked again for our service next year.
Great service from Paul at Elite Boilers and Bathrooms. We contacted them initially requesting a quote for a replacement power shower pump but Paul took the time to visit us to examine our current set-up to see if there was a better alternative. The end result is that we now have a pressurised hot water cylinder replacing our existing cylinder and no noisy pump!. It was certainly the right choice and our hot water pressure throughout the house now exceeds that of the original shower pump. Totally professional and friendly service throughout. 100% recommended.
