Avoid avoid avoid. Called in & asked if they repair Pandora bangles & was told yes. A week later I dropped by Pandora bangle off with a broken clasp(round with a love heart on it) they said I would get a call on Monday with a price for the repair, Monday came no call. So I called them in the afternoon & was told I was to eager & they had not looked at it yet, but asked me to confirm my telephone number. Which I did, he then said good job you called we had the wrong number for you! ( wish I had taken this has a warning sign). They called me back a bit later & said it was £25, which I said great. It was about a fortnight later I went to collect (earliest I could go). I was shocked to find they but a completely different clasp on & was only returning part of my clasp. I made it clear to the assistant I was not happy with the repair & also wanted my other part of the clasp. She just said oh I will tell him & I can’t give you the other part of yours today as he is not in. No apology for not telling me the clasp was different or that they would change it back so I felt I had no option but to accept. I called on the Monday about getting my other part of the clasp & again explained I was not happy. I was advised the man was not available could I call back. I called back on Thursday & spoke to a different woman to who originally dealt with me to be told again , he was not in but in fact he had done me a favour by repairing it & if I was not happy why did I pay & take it away. I said that the other woman gave me no options.I said this is disgraceful service saying they were doing me a favour when I had paid for a service I didn’t get & blaming me for taking it away! She talked over me constantly when I was explaining they had half my clasp & I would like to know why this was not repaired or explained it couldn’t be repaired & upon collecting why I was not given the whole clasp back. She said you need to bring your clasp back in so we can see what it’s like & if we can get a replacement! Clearly wasn’t listening but agreed to call me back the next day after talking to the man. I requested to be called back at 12:30 when I would be on lunch to take the call. She said yes that fine Amanda. My name is not Amanda! Next day she called & left a message about 10.30.just saying she had returned my call. When I rang back later she said I tried calling you this morning. I said I know but we agreed 12:30 , She said oh yes I forgot that but anyways he will take the clasp he put on & give you a full refund or change the clasp to the one I had for £70. So I again asked why he did it in the 1st place without explaining to me. She again said he did me a favour, I went back to collect the other half of my claps & cut my losses & not get them to take the other clasp off as it meant having to go back & deal with them again. I explained I just wanted my clasp back & for all this to be over. The man was there & was now also telling me he did me a favour because a mine couldn’t be repaired & a new clasp like mine for $280?. He again asked why I took it if I was not happy. I pointed at the original woman who served me & said she offered me no apology or alternative so I felt I had no option. They still blamed me & took no responsibility. The service & attitude is appalling,
