Recently started to use Lock'd. Excellent service from Paul and Jamie. Exceeded all expectations. Customer care exceptional. The facilities are in a handy location, very clean and the access is great with easy to follow technology, plus the security is very high. I'm extremely impressed with the team and the facilities. The price is much less than I've been paying for another storage facility in Hull. I highly recommend Lockd whatever size storage you need and great to see a local family run business in this competitive market. Thank you Lock"d
Excellent prime location in the city centre with Spacious Goods Lift. Absolutely spotless facilities that is well-lit. This has Easy access by car, van, or bike with ample parking. Highly Secure and monitored with next generation secure access control.
Excellent value for money secure storage compared to other offerings. Was with them for just under a year and the only issues I had was a bug with the app that lets you in to the site. However you have your own PIN code to gain access if the app doesn’t work for some reason, which was a decent stop-gap whilst the app was fixed. The chap who you could say, was the site manager of sorts call Paul, was always a phone call away if any questions about the site or your storage locker needed answers to, or any issues accessing the site. Very friendly and helpful guy, great support, low prices, well secured storage units and site with a range of different storage units to choose from. Recommended!
Excellent self storage facility. Close to hull city centre, very secure and modern. The units are easy to access with the app so no messing about with keys. The place is clean and dry and the big lift is definitely a bonus. Also very reasonably priced!
Paul went out of his way to help me today, he didnt have too but he did. He sat and explained to a complete technophobe how to use my pin to gain access. I cant thank him enough and his buddy for the prompt service. Top marks 😊
