Happy and helpful enough when you have a problem, but they put up prices when you change storage units. I got an email saying my unit is going up £7 a week. I had only been in the unit a few months. No reasoning for it just it's going up. Found another competitor that is 60pound a month cheaper and just as good facilities. 90 pound cheaper if you count the arbitrary rent raise they were trying to put on top. I was paying £191pcm for a 75sq ft as well. Why you would put the prices up on folk that are already in is like putting on a hot bath and leaving the plug out.

Would definitely recommend if anyone needs storage no hassle everything is done by a app the staff are very polite and friendly and always over the phone to help

Very good storage. Reasonably priced. All issue resolved if I had any issues. Good use of whats app to communicate with any issue. Very secure as through apps and can have access till 9 pm. Use app to open gates, Unit and main doors.
