The iPads I recently purchased are Christmas presents so I can’t leave a review on performance… yet! Purchased on the Saturday arrived in store on Monday! So very quick service. BUT the young man that served us was very personable and helpful. Would recommend and I would certainly use KRCS again
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Used this store for multiple purchases and a repair and the service was great every time. One of very few shops left that’s actually pleasant to be in. Very clean and tidy. Nice calm atmosphere. Nice to have a local Apple specialist in Hull which means we don’t have to travel an hour to an Apple Store.
Got a great deal on an iMac and MacBook Pro, beat Apple and John Lewis. Friendly staff, iMac wasn't available straight away but arrived before the given date. I hope the after sale care and any additional help required will be the same pleasant experience.
Booked an iPhone in for repair under Apple repair. Was told an hour and half to fix and the technician would call me if there was an issues. Provided me number and was promised multiple times to get a call. No one called me and they sent an email to the account on the iPhone. Which they had! Pure genius. Made excuses up that they couldn't do the repair due to the phone having a screen replacement done. Wanted £350 for screen replacement. Shocking service
Thieves!! And dishonest staffs I came in just to fix a single arrow key that fell off my laptop. The first time I visited, the guy at the shop told me it was a simple snap-in fix and that no appointment or charge was needed, but that their engineer wasn’t around at the time. I was advised to come back the next week. Before heading back the next week, I called to confirm if the engineer would be available. Unfortunately, the person on the phone (who wasn’t even based at the shop) was extremely rude and dishonest. Despite my explaining that it was a simple fix that wouldn’t take long, and that I’ve indeed been there before, he insisted I had to book an appointment and hinted that it was a difficult job that would require charges — completely different from what I was told earlier. I decided to go to the shop anyway when I figured he wasn’t in the store, to speak with the engineer. It was obvious he had already alerted the staff about me. When I got there, the staff looked at my laptop briefly, falsely claimed that the plastic part of the key was broken, and told me the entire keyboard would need to be replaced once again completely different from what I was told earlier last week — trying to scam me out of money without even properly checking. I angrily left and decided to fix it myself. Guess what? I kid you not with the help of YouTube(which was a 7 min video btw), chatgpt and, a pair of tweezers, I managed to fix it perfectly — simply by lifting the hinge, sliding the key into place, and snapping it down with the clasp. No damage, no broken parts, no need for a new keyboard. It works perfectly fine. I’m so mad cos if I could do it myself they all obviously LIED as they know better !!! I have all the evidence, and my laptop key is working perfectly now. This place is filled with dishonest, money-hungry staff who try to scam unsuspecting customers. Be very careful with them. To even think I bought the MacBook from their office and I’m so sure the 600£ I was charged in December 2024 was false and unnecessary!!!
