Came into the store looking for my first watch, had no idea which ones to really look at. Joyce was very helpful in helping me find a perfect watch that suited me, especially as my wrists are super skinny! I am very happy with my purchase ans received amazing customer service from everyone there!
We visited H Samuel in Hull today to look for gifts for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Sue looked after us so well from the moment we walked through the door. She listened to what my daughter wanted and then came up with the goods. There was no pressure at all and she was so patient. In fact, we ended up buying more than what we originally anticipated. Sue talked us through the care of the items as we didn’t realise that white gold needs to be maintained. We came out of there very happy, especially as Sue provided my daughter with gaviscon too. Now that is customer service on another level. 10/10
I think the team here really need to work on their communication and customer service skills. Was told 2 weeks ago after popping in that couldn’t have refund but could have credit if found receipt (completely fine with that), another trip into town centre with the found receipt , to then be told can only have an exchange (not credit). Seen as though partner wasn’t with me I was stuck and only option (proposed by me) was to exchange for something of same price (to create more time for partner and I to get chance to get into town) only at this point did they make an amend/extend time on my receipt. Head member of staff retracted what she had said previously and as a group they seemed to close ranks and be very rude. Once I have exchanged then I will not be using this shop/chain again.
Took my little girl to get her ears pierced today. The ladies were absolutely amazing! I cannot fault them at all. They put my little one at ease & gave her so much care & attention. I would highly recommend!
Excellent staff, can't rate them high enough. They even kept the shop open past closing while I dithered around picking a Christmas present for my mum - and they helped me make such a good choice. R.S
