If you are coming to this college for vibes then come but know you will learn nothing. But if you are coming for actual learning please think twice. I have been here for 6-7 months now and this college is soooo bs and I’ve barely learnt. Every week there will be a teacher missing, no classroom , random talks and teachers being ill and letting us go home like 3 hours early. This college needs better teachers that actually care about our future.
Please consider any other college than this one for yourself or your child. If you have mental health issues you get zero support. Bullying is acceptable here even though they say in their policy they have zero tolerance to bullying. The lack of communication to parents and to each other is a joke. I will be contacting Ofsted as this place needs to change or be closed down. I have only given one star because I can't give zero!
Terrible college teachers can barely teach properly and most of the staff are rude to students! Not worth coming here wasted my time completely i do not recommend whatsoever way better colleges in other cities do not come here wish i could give 0 stars
The customer assistant was extremely rude!!! He clearly needs proper training on how to speak with people. Such a frustrating call that ended with no resolution at all.
I’ve nearly finished my Level 4 Laser and Skin Rejuvenation course with Jo and honestly, what she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! Her knowledge is amazing and she explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. She’s got so much patience and never makes you feel stupid if you need something going over again. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she’s always there to help and support you. I’ve learnt so much and I feel ready and confident going forward—all because of how Jo teaches. Honestly couldn’t recommend her enough!
