Went for dinner and ordered the Aubergine with Salted Dry Fish with a bowl of rice; the flavours were just right and not too salty or overpowering from the salted fish. I was craving something sweet afterwards, so I ordered the Mango Grass Jelly with Peach Gum and Coconut Milk. Sometimes you just want a traditional, classic dessert, and this really hit the spot. I’ve been craving for some roast duck, roast pork and char siu so came back the following day for takeaway, and tried the three-meat rotisserie, which was just as enjoyable.
Our first visit to Four Happiness today was absolutely amazing! As Hongkongers, we’re quite particular about authentic Chinese-style barbecue and desserts, and this place truly impressed us. The dishes arrived hot, in generous portions, and full of flavor. The desserts not only looked beautiful but tasted fantastic as well. The staff were friendly and courteous, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Very friendly and sweet staff here. Food was good, ordered three roast meat combo and salt and pepper chicken. Braised Beef brisket and pork intestine were very tender and tasty, however the crispy pork belly was a bit salty to me. The desserts and milk tea here seemed very popular. It can get busy during rush hours.
This may be my new favourite spot in Leeds! Definitely the best Chinese I’ve had in Leeds, it’s very authentic. Not the typical ‘Chinese takeaway’ at all, the food is delicious. Service is so fast and the staff are lovely and polite. And the desserts are THE BEST. I love these kind of desserts and personally they do them best in Leeds, in terms of food quality and affordability. I was too excited to eat that I didn’t get photos of the food but I promise it’s amazing! Recommend getting the rotisserie meats, and the classic dishes
Excellent authentic Chinese food. The boiled beef was spicy and tender, the salted egg yolk corn was deliciously creamy, and the roast duck was perfectly crispy. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making for a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended.😋😋😋
