Tried CUPP today. I had the matcha with vanilla, which was smooth and nicely balanced — not too sweet, and the vanilla worked well with the matcha. The dirty chicken waffle fries were tasty and had a good texture. Overall, a solid experience and worth trying.

Really delicious bubble tea, I had the brown sugar bubble tea and it's my new favorite! My friend tried the warm version and it was great too. You can customize your drinks to your preferences and there are an endless amount of options to pick from. Customer service was top notch and friendly. The owner gave us a pistachio French toast on the house and we loved it. Very kind will be coming again
The bubble tea that I got from here was delicious, it was one of their special dragon fruit teas at the time and I'm glad it was recommended to me, my friends also enjoyed their drinks to with the best probably bejng the mojito
