I have paid consistently over the years for parking and now the price has escalated. Calling customer service and head office is a waste of time, as much use as a chocolate teapot. The current climate is already bad and they are taking full advantage by upping car park prices £30 a month! An extra £360 a year!!!

Convenient for the Armouries, make sure you pay via the app and download beforehand. I could only find one machine (which was not working) and poor signal in the car park. Spent 15 minutes walking around trying to find first another machine and then trying to download the app.

It's a car park. It works. It had spaces. No barriers. You drive in, go round and round a few times to go up a few levels and there are spaces. Do not kid yourself that there might be any spaces on the lower levels. Pay at the pay machine before you return to your car, and then just drive out. You need to remember your reg number. It's ticket less and barrier less. Clean and tidy, and the lifts don't smell.

Do not park here. You will be fined 100 pound even when you have paid for the parking. On appealing the PCN due to a keying error on the payment machine they still want us to pay 100 pound due to the wrong registration being used. I have a lot of evidence to state that I visited Leeds dock and I paid for the parking for the full time and still this will not be justified. Do not park here

I visited here on Tuesday afternoon. No trouble finding a space and the spaces were big enough for my compact SUV size car. Prices are a little steep £4.50 for less than 2 hours. Seemed fairly secure clean and tidy similar to other large car parks of this type.
