One of a dwindling number of places local residents on the road can park. Constantly congested by visitors to Leeds Dock or the city centre who are too tight to pay to park their car.
Tiny little free car park, is nearly always full midweek. But if you visit early enough on a weekend you can sometimes find a spot. Great little free car park
