Extremely rude staff member. Had it not been for the gentleman who is constantly rude and purposely makes me feel uncomfortable when getting my nails done, I would not feel the need to leave this review. I visited today as I usually do because this is the only nail shop close to my house. When I walked in, I tried to speak to the gentleman wearing a black top with dark brown hair, but he ignored me. The lady kindly seated me and told me how long it would take. I was next to get my nails done, and for no reason at all he refused to do my nails and instead called another lady to go ahead of me. His colleague had to stop what she was doing and kindly did my nails. I am a paying customer and treat people with respect, so I expect the same in return not microaggression for no reason. On my previous visit, he was doing my toes and when I politely asked if he could show me different shades of pink for my French tip, he refused and told me there was only one colour. I have been getting my nails done for 10 years and have never experienced this. He then aggressively got up and brought me the entire basket of colours, including red and black, instead of simply showing me the pinks I asked for. He clearly does not like dealing with people and is extremely rude. This was a terrible experience, and although I have never left a negative review before, his attitude and the way I was treated were unacceptable. I still tipped the lady who did my nails because she was so lovely.
Being the first guy they've done a hair cut for, they did a great job! You can see the pictures on their Facebook page. I think the prices as seen on the pictures with this review are more impressive. They're completely worth the money! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here. It's a shame there's not any more than 5 stars. Since they're a new business, they hadn't agreed on hair prices, but I got a wash with a trim for £18!
Stated price for specific nail styles. When they start they job, they pull out stupid extra fees. Not recommended !!!
