We recently visited Luscombe Motors in Hunslet, Leeds, and had a fantastic experience. Levita, the salesperson, was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely joyful, which made the whole process so much more relaxed. When we arrived to look around, Levita’s approach really stood out. There was no pressure or hard sell at all. She told us to give her a shout if we wanted to take a closer look at any car, and when we did, she handed us the keys with a smile and let us explore at our own pace. She even joked, “Just don’t drive off,” which added a personal, lighthearted touch to the experience. I loved how convenient the whole process was, I was able to reserve the car online for just £99, and that same evening, I was contacted to see if I wanted to book a test drive. What’s more, before handing over the car, they serviced and MOT’d it, which gave us extra peace of mind. Picked up my car yesterday. After a 3 hour drive I was made to feel very welcome. Transaction was very smooth Nadeem had all the paperwork sorted ahead of time so I was on my way quickly. You can be confident to make long distance purchases knowing that all bases will be covered (vehicle was fully charged ready for the return journey) Thanks Nadeem, Loving the new car.
