I have dealt with Luscombes many times in the past. Robin and his team are fantastic. Their customer service is second to none and they always go above and beyond. Jane helped me this week and couldn’t have done more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Suzuki.

I haven't bought a car in a long time, so I was nervous about the whole process. After visiting a few dealerships I saw a fantastic Suzuki at Luscombes and booked a test drive with Andy. He was so genuine and helpful I thought yes I'll definitely get my car from these guys. I went for another test drive the following week, this time with Ash, who obviously loves his job, enthusiastic, knowledgable and happy to answer all my questions and concerns. They helped me to choose the right car for me, and at better value than a similar one in a nearby dealership. They also offered me a very good warranty. I would recommend Luscombes as a trustworthy company with really professional team.

Wow I want to start by saying what a splendid dealership Luscombe Suzuki is. Even better how outstanding having had the experience of us buying our new Car. The whole team at Luscombe are professionally trained which I can tell you from experience you don’t get in other dealerships. Throughout buying our car Graeme went out his way to help us. HE DIDN’T SELL US A CAR. HE HELPED US BUY ONE. AND COME TO OUR OWN DECISION. IS IT A YES OR NO. IT WAS YES. All our questions were answered and there was a lot. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything at the test drive was demonstrated on the car and professionalism was second to none. I first met Robin the owner when arriving and received a warm welcome. It felt like we had known him for a long time. We can’t wait to take delivery of our new car. So I’d like to finish off my review by saying a big thank you to Luscombe Suzuki and its outstanding team. Remember if you’re looking for a NEW or USED car Luscombe Suzuki it has to be. No other dealership can match these guy’s.

They have a friendly, relaxed environment, leaving us to have a look around the car and letting us take the lead with questions, a test drive, part ex valuation, etc. The staff were great with our 5 year old too, which always goes a long way. We didn't sign up to anything on the day as we like to come away and talk about things first, which even resulted in us selling ourselves on the step up to the top model (that might have been me more than my wife). We haven't needed to go back in either, as doing the rest electronically has been a breeze with Andy guiding everything down to how best to transfer our private reg most efficiently. As you can tell from the 5* rating, I highly recommend them.

Four weeks into my ownership of a new Suzuki S-Cross and every aspect of purchase has exceeded my expectation. The car is great and the team at Luscombe Suzuki were excellent. Special shoutout to Anthony Deakin who managed the process from initial phone call to vehicle pick up and beyond. He create a calm and unpressured environment whilst still managing to cover all the paperwork and 'additional sales' items we've all come to expect when purchasing any large item these days. Looking forward to many years of trouble free motoring.
