Amazing company, it's been a pleasure from start to finish. Ask for Baz! He was brilliant to deal with. They don't have a pushy sales technique either which was nice! It was my first time buying a car and I've read a lot of horror stories about other dealerships. My Motor Smart Limited are fantastic! Their response time is super quick, even when messaged via Auto Trader, the delivery of my car was really quick also! They have been very helpful, explaining things to me when I didn't understand. Also, the gentleman who delivered my car was very patient and even went with me to the post office to sort out the tax for the car as I wasn't sure what to do. 3 months warranty was included within the cost of the car too and I was advised to give them a ring at any point should I have any questions etc. I highly recommend this company!

I got the most wonderful car at the price I could afford. The service and flexibility were great and the salesman was the most polite lovely young chap I have come across in a long time. No pressure just help. Definitely keep an eye on them.

If I could leave a 0 star i would.bought the car had nothing but problems. Not even had it 3 months. They paid for a repair that got done but problems still on going and e gone over heating.not helping me at all.said I had warranty then they decided to say they would carry out the repairs but then they do nothing.total shambles and wouldn't recommend if you want a car thays going to get you from a to b

We are very happy with our car and the service we received with a full MOT with all advisories fixed and service before we picked the car up. pleasure to do business with and kept us informed about the vehicle as it finished its checks before we picked up. I’m very happy with the friendly service received. The car salesman wasn’t pushy and allowed us time to look at the vehicle and discuss whether we wanted to purchase. They were helpful and patient with all questions we had and overall made it a pleasant experience. Would recommend
