Would not recommend. I walked away. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and it took around 40 minutes just to get an offer. The valuation came in about £4k below market value and felt like a lowball designed to pressure you into accepting on the spot. Overall, the experience felt rushed and sales-driven rather than fair or transparent.
So, they did after viewing the vehicle a 4 day's price guarantee, 4 day's later when I decided to sell them my car magically my price guarantee disappeared and they went down another 1200£ Joke, nothing else
This company, "We Buy Any Car," offered £100 for a 2005 Mercedes E-Class. A scrapyard is offering £309 to scrap the car. The Mercedes only has damaged rear suspension, but it still drives and has passed its annual MOT inspection. They priced the Mercedes at the price of its wheels. Ridiculous company.
