Going down hill, two weeks in a row now had issues with tps as a trade customer called in early AM to order an oil filter, told will sent sent on 1st van .. still not received at 130 to call and find out it hasnt been sent, will be sent on the afternoon van and cant give me an eta of when it will get to me? our customer is collecting at 3pm, i ordered the filter plenty in advance and they still will not make it a priority to be delivered after it being their mistake last week i called to order a part at 230pm, in stock, great i'll come collect as i assume last vans left for the day. Proceeded to be told they close in an hour and half, thats fine im 30 mins away, went on to try pay for the part and told all accounts have gone home so i cannot use my credit and will need to pay right now over the phone? parts pre ordered a week in advance for a job, only to find they have sent the incorrect part, accused on the phone that it is our fault we asked for the incorrect part and it is not returnable, manager listened to the call back and low and behold we had asked for the right part honestly customer service is NOT your strong suit,

They dont sell to public. Only trade customers 🙃

Depending on who you are in the trade, they base their discount. For cash accounts, their prices are almost the same as dealers with minimal differences, sometimes its even more. I purchased a water pump for £175 Inc VAT. The same water pump was £111.00 including VAT from Seat dealers in Bradford. Almost zero discount on brake pads and discs front and back, which for my Seat Alhambra was £500.05p. This was based on the Taxi cash account. Mike on the phone seems abrupt on the phone, no ounce of politeness, before you could say bye phones down after throwing the order number at you. Only good thing about them is oil at £24 Inc VAT 05/30. The rest is all dealers' prices.

Absolute shocking driving from staff member, Driving towards Harrogate with my family, being tailgated by a TPS company car, reg Mj21elw Driving up behind us and overtook on a dangerous part of the road in a car that had no where near the power to get around safely, making me slow down to let them back in. The weather was bad, raining. It was uncalled for we was behind him all the way to Harrogate then, so no gain, it was stupid driving. I own a company and staff are well aware of how to treat company vehicles and how to drive when representing the firm. Just leaves a bad view on a company when staff do stupid things like this!

Had everything I needed in stock and was ready for collection when I arrived. Excellent service, thanks.
