Avoid this gp at all costs, somebody will get hurt badly with extreme bad service. They basically aren’t bothered at all about you . Receptionist rude not willing even to do their job , couldn’t get my prescription for over 2 months and even that they send my prescription to Armley pharmacy, my medical history never been requested from old gp , been told to contact current GP manager to request it Myself . Alert avoid this gp someone will die because of them !!!!

Reception staff are always polite and helpful (within surgery constraints). Nurse are lovely and give top quality care. Loads of appointments available. Doctor(s).... what are they? Impossible to get an appointment unless you can ring between 0800 and 0801... otherwise it advises to ring 111 or go to A & E. Since Dr Ali retired it is a joke.

My partner has been trying to get an appointment for several weeks now. You ring at 8 and you can't even get in the queue because the queue is full. If you do get through they seem to only offer appointments on the day. He can't even get a telephone appointment. He is really suffering so went to a&e in the end but they said he needs a follow up with his GP. Unlikely to get an appointment for this though. I'm with a different surgery and I've never had issues like this they always offer an appointment for a later date or telephone at the very least. I don't understand why they have the amount of patients they have if they cannot offer people appointments, it's just not working.

Still unable to get an appointment or any help what so ever. I can't call during working hours so emailed explaining this and asked about an implant change if they now do it. Thier repsonse was to call me.... they then left an empty email reply with a screen shot of Beeston medical centre and nothing else. If they had read my email they would have known i had already tried and failed to get help there. Useless. Can never get an appointment. They canceled my cervical screening twice then called me to remind me how important it was to have it done! I was also turned away for contraception and the app where you wait for a doctor to call after telling them what's wrong is useless as they never call back. Can't get the medical help I actually need right now. The place I did get help from were pretty shocked I was denied being seen. Received a text about a measles booster today which I haven't had anything to do with that since I was a small child. Surely I would need to make an appointment for this which you won't let me do.

Worst doctors I've ever been to. I was struck with severe vomiting and lost 30lbs in 4 weeks and all the GP had to say is "itll be like this for another 8 weeks". No further care or consideration given. I was not guided correctly with my pregancy and the GP informed the midwife too late so I missed the pregnancy screenings I was entitiled to, despite the GP knowing from week 3. I also requested a maternity form several times through GP directly and receptionist in July for help with prescriptions and my midwife recieved the request end of October.
