I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service Sophie has provided in handling the recent repair issue reported by my tenant. From the moment the issue was raised, Sophie demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and care. I was particularly impressed by how swiftly she acknowledged the report and coordinated the necessary steps to resolve the matter. The communication throughout was clear, courteous, and timely — which not only reassured me as the property owner but also gave my tenant confidence that the issue was being addressed with urgency and attention. The repair itself was completed promptly and to a high standard, minimizing any inconvenience for the tenant. My rental property didn’t get yearly checks, reported issues didn’t get addressed on time. Damaged by previous tenants was not deducted from previous tenants. Also charges or services I did not request or approved were added. I am not happy at all with the service provided. When this office was part of a different state agent, the service was much better. If you looking for an agency to manage your property, please look elsewhere ……. Unfortunately i cannot respond to the respond you made to my review, hence i have this do add: The company tried to called, then email, instead of calling I sent via email two long email conversation that shows why i am dissatisfied with the service. I’ve already complained to this agency once about the tenants they manage who constantly hold loud late-night parties and disturb the whole building. There has been absolutely no improvement. I went to them again today, and I really hope they finally take proper action this time. Completely unacceptable management so far.

I had been looking for a new flat for a couple of months, and had dealt with lots of very unhelpful estate agents. I have just started a new job with a long commute and so my availability to view properties was limited. I called Linley and Simpson and spoke to Luke about viewing a flat. I explained my situation and lack of time asking if they could be flexible with viewings. Luke arranged 3 extra viewings for me that night. This was way more than I expected and was exactly what I needed. As we went to each property, Luke explained everything I needed to know and was so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt really comfortable walking to the different properties with him, he was very lovely and really easy to talk to. He showed me a property that I would never have viewed without his advice, and by the next day my application had been accepted! Thank you so much for making the whole process so easy Luke, you really helped me out and I am so grateful.
