Amazing job and top lads. After shelling out thousands of pounds at 3 other garages that incorrectly diagnosed my X5 issues, I'd almost given up hope in fixing it and was resigned to getting rid. Thankfully I was recommended Brad before doing so. He found the issue straight away, and fixed it within a super quick turnaround time and a great price to boot. Had my 320d in with Brad at BMTEK for timing chain issues and with them being a BMW specialist it was a no brainer, usually when you hear the words BMW and specialist you think it’s going to be a hefty bill but not with these guys! Was by far the cheapest quote I received and the most outstanding customer service anyone could ask for, highly recommend to anyone with a BMW or mini that’s undergoing any issues at all even just servicing extremely fair prices and all genuine parts used from dealers. Brought my Audi A3 to BMTEK with several faults that other garages couldn't remedy. After a thorough diagnosis, the faults were remedied and the car was ready the same day. I also had a service carried out at the same time. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and first-time fixes which is a rarity these days.
