Great experience with getting our minibus M.O.T, a hot cup of tea was given to me while I waited in the customer area, which was very welcome after driving in the soaking wet damp weather to get there. I would actually say it was probably the easiest visit I ve had at a garage. I hopefully will be dealing with you in future when the servicing comes up.

Van went in for a rear main seal doing, they did this plus some other work which needed repeat visits to get corrected. In the end it was expensive. A broken fuel valve and a gearbox/driveshaft seal was all i thought so I accepted it as a loss seen as though im waiting for a call back 12 month on for that work to be fixed... today my gearbox had to come off again. 12 months later. The flywheel lost a tooth on the pick up. When we pulled the box off you can clearly see where it has been bodged and welded to get working again. (One of the issues it was repeatedly taken back for was a crank position sensor issue). It's become evident the flywheel that was in there with only 5k miles has been damaged in their garage and bodged. Today it failed and I've had to fit another. Costing me a further £1100 to diagnose and rectify. Plus a shaft seal and fuel valve which will be another £200. Maybe your experience will be better but the mechanic i dealt with clearly has lied about multiple things. They also pulled a coolant hose of another customers van infront of me and fitted it to my van to get me running again (thanks but unsure how the other customer will feel)

Been here a few times for my MOT and to get my car fixed, always had the best outcome with them, would highly recommend bringing your vehicles here, thanks Andy and the rest of the team.
