Well I found it hard to speak to someone after 4 phone calls got some one at Manchester was helpful I am at an age to following links on line nearly impossible she was helpful and answered my questions I have been with you a while please remember we all are not all able to be safe on line
Waiting time on the phone is horrendous. Especially when you have a letter from then saying you're responsible for a crash with a car you owned 5 years ago and aren't insured by axa anymore. Guy on the phone put me on hold saying "oh i don't know what to do, im just going to find out" filled me full of confidence not. Still not heard anything back even though its probably a fraud/scam. Just didn't seem bothered.
Not a bad place little slow but still better than some of one's iv been 2
Great price on car insurance, give it a try, I got a fantastic quote even though I went through a broker, will be trying direct next time,
