Green Flag

Had issue with my vehicle wouldn’t start at home. Went on Green Flag app to input my information so easy, picked my own time spot to suit me too, recovery vehicle arrived right on time and got me back on the road. I was fully informed throughout the full process using the app. Overall Excellent service.

Our Campervan, Bernie, broke down in mid Wales towards the end of our holiday and needed to be relayed home. Jackie from Grahams garage attended to try and fix it but it wasnt to be. Jackie was delightful. My wife , our dog and myself were then picked up from near Llanarth by a local taxi man Kevin Jones, and driven all the way to Swansea all arranged by Green flag. Then Dexter met us at the after hours Entetprise car rental centre in Swansea and in minutes we were on our way in a brand new Corsa. Off we went 300miles to Birchington in Kent. Meanwhile Green Flag arranged a relay truck that was already going to Canterbury with another vehicle to add ours to his rig , entre another Kevin, and this morning about 8.30 our Campervan arrived. What teamwork. What an amazing service. We are truly thankful.

They are dead slow. Green flag is just an office company. All rescue done by c&s recovery. C&S technician is really good but dealing with green flag is not good at all. I got break down on double red line and still waiting for email confirmation from green flag to avoid parking fee from transport of London.

Green Flag were good to deal with when my tyre blew recently, reasonably quick to arrive and apply the temp wheel. The engineer was friendly and efficient. Didn't use the app due to low battery and thought phone would be quicker and easier. Luckily I had somewhere warm to wait for the engineer.

Have been with green flag for several years now. Have always had excellent service, breaking down on the M4 was very worrying because was not able to get into a safe position over the barrier. As the other side was a sheer drop. They instantly knew where I was and took my position in consideration, they informed us to stay in the car. Hazard lights on seat belt on. Get any blankets and water from the car boot and make sure we wrapped up as much as we could to stay warm. They were in contact with us all the time, making sure we were okay. And made us a priority because of our age, excellent service. Totally recommend green flag. Just to add for some of you people. I don't work or have any connection with green flag.
