About me : I live two decades in UK I went and have to deal with dozen of pharmaciest in my live, becouse i have chronic ilness and plus im on blue script at the minute. Before that i was weekly CD user, so I think i have a lot of expiriance and ill try to be fair as much as possible. About this "Special pharmacy" (to be clear this is not review about LLOYDS PHARMACY IN GENERAL, this review is about church street "special pharmacy". If you are on CD's or blue script, you need to come always on time to pick up medication between working hours. If you miss your medication they will report you to GP. But this pharmacy they have their own working time , views and work ethic. They dont care, literally dont care,if you are seeing your daughter first time in 5 years or you got maybe better working position and you cant leave before 5PM. You need to run to this "Special pharmacy" cus they called you 1pm and said you have to be there before 2PM. Ok, so maybe you think ,ok so go to diffrent pharmacy. Well you cant becouse they have your daily script and you cant run somewhere else. You need to comply with their own rules. Well we all humans, maybe happened something so you need to go somewhere, some disaster happened in you live. We all have problems. But the biggest reason why im writting this is becouse this is maybe 6 or 7 time in last year then "Special pharmacy" dont have their "Special pharmaciest". If you work hard or fast, it dont give you a reason to finish early Fridays or some other day. Even then its snowing all week and you need to catch bus, you need to be in your work place unless managment tell you otherwise, and i bet LLoydsPharmacy managment dont know anything about "special pharmacy" special rules and working hours. If you are on CD or blue script think twice. Or even on antibiotics, they cant dispense becouse LLoydsPharmacy which is one of the biggest pharmacy network in UK dont have worker in place. Thank you. I still be going to that pharmacy, and Ill not delete this. Unless i see that something is changed, so it will not be fair , becouse they resolve this issue. Thank you.
Jo the Manager is friendly, professional and very helpful. Other staff can be rude at times. Had a problem with my perscription and Jo handled it very well.
