Well Pharmacy

Asked for a service and they didn’t do it anymore which is fine, however when I asked where would now be nearby that did it I was just met with “Don’t know” which doesn’t really fulfil a pharmacy’s regulatory requirement of signposting. I would expect if a service was ceased, staff would be advised where to signpost.

Absolutely disgraceful service, the assistant shouted from the back of the shop is it a prescription? I replied yes and she asked my name and then my address which I had to shout over the length of the shop, when she brought my prescription to the counter I asked re lateral flow tests and was told that their was non available and to try another chemist. My problem is that I'm deaf and couldn't hear what was being said from the back of the shop and found this young lady's attitude very embarrassing. I also found the fact that the text I received told me to ask for lftests yet when I told the assistant this she just walked away?? I feel as a handicapped person, I have been treat less than fairly by this person, I have worked for the ambulance service for many years in many roles and received intensive training ref fair treatment and in this instance I feel that your assistant has been let down by her lack of training or in reality her lack of understanding!!!

I am deaf and needed new batteries and some other bits the lady Megan was very helpful and patient with me really helped deal with all my queries really appreciated
