A family member tried sending 5 videogames - to the tune of over £120 - yet received proof of postage of only 2 and upon challenging them due to a failed delivery, told that it was 'impossible' that 3 packages - of a combined total of £85 - had been posted due to no receipt. very expensive shortfall, thanks to eBay refunds.

Horrendous attitude from guy behind post offie counter again 2 times posted from there and 2nd time a high vaulted item has gone missing I will not be using the post office or shop again after this

inexplicitly discriminatory. Went into deposit some cash. Person in charge refused to take coins without even seeing. Tried to TEACH that coins should be in respective denominations- were all coins were 1 pounds. Also said "i have customers waiting" Person in charge had no problem until my turn comes and lady and gentle man in front on my que took approximately 4 mins and 5 mins to complete their postage needs. Very unpleasant experience.... Never ever recommend.

I brought parcel to drop off which delivery been paid online. I gave it to man from staff then he took it to hand and I've been waited (for prove of postage and receipt). Then he get angry rised his hands and asked me ,,what?" I answered,, can I have prove of postage please?" (he should do it without asking anyway) he printed that prove then he throw my parcel into bag from about 2 metters distance without any care. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Of you like people being rude to you then this is the place for you. When I whent there was a very rude man behind the post office desk also wanted to know what was inside of a amozon pepayed returned box. I will make a complaint to royal mail for the utter rudeness and the disrespect the customers and there parcel's
