Wow I can't believe how Great Roofline Design are. Surveyour came to my home explaining everything and showing me exactly what was going to be done. Emails were sent for me to read and aprove with price which was Very reasonable.Emails were sent letting me know time and date the Workemen were coming . Then Surveyour came to make sure everything was correct and to go through any questions I had. On the Day Scaffolding was put up and then I even had a Bird cage to prevent the Sparrrows from ever coming back and nesting going in through my Soffits I had the Gutters, Soffits, Facias, Down Pipes all replaced I just can't believe what a transformation. its made. The work was done to the Best Quality And Highest of Standard and so is the PVC Product they used the workmen were very respectable they even cleaned up after themselves Front and back and were gracious enough to wash down my shared driveway in the Front including my neighbours I want to thank ALL the Surveyours who came out at the beginning and before the work was started. ALL the Workmen for a Brilliant Job Done and to Gemma at the Office for all her Help and Assistance she has given me. I can only give positive feedback re Roofline from start to finish, they came and gave me a detailed appointment in the initial stages and were very professional and knew their stuff. I further received a detailed quote with even drawings of what we had discussed that was needed , and then the start date was given after signing the contract. They were extremely helpful as I was concerned with having a job like this done and they totally put be at ease and made everything effortless and stress free. The scaffold guys down to the installers were brilliant and they finished the job on time even though it was pushed back abit due to weather conditions , but I did not mind that and it was not an issue. The work was excellent and they were extremely tidy workmen and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who was having this job done. They also give a 20 year guarantee so all in all a very satisfied customer . Thankyou all for your help with this it a fabulous job and workmanship.

I mean where do I start... we had a few local firms out and we had James out from Roofline Design... James was the only person to, instead of state what was wrong and tons of problems, provide us solutions and reassurances. It also worked out that Roofline Design were very competitively priced vs even local roofers but Roofline offered to do more for us. James was just great in answering our plethora of probably quite silly questions too and actually advised us rather than just going 'well it's your choice'. Moving onto installation, the scaffolders arrived on time and were a really friendly bunch who made sure everything was perfect and didn't affect us getting on with our lives and using our outdoor areas as much as possible as we have two young children. A few days later, we were greeted by Keith & Andrew and I just cannot describe how fantastic the brothers were... Their attention to detail in not just the installation, but also our property was just incredible... One of the first things they did were make sure enough bins were placed around the property etc which I've just not seen before. In addition, they made sure that even our back garden was covered without us needing to ask. I also want to mention how fantastic they were with our kids! We have a very nosey 3 year old who wanted to look at everything and constantly wave and stick his tongue out at them and they were so polite and friendly with him, always taking the time to talk to him and play his silly games through the windows or speaking to him whenever we left the house. Furthermore, any problems that did arise were dealt with all within the original quote which is just amazing. I also want to mention how other firms said they could do our job in a day... Keith & Andrew worked their absolute socks off for 3 days straight and I can honestly say, if we would have used anyone else, it wouldn't have looked anywhere near as good... nor can I understand how anyone could do a proper job in 1 day! We've had neighbours asking us already who we've used. Words cannot describe how great the whole team at Roofline has been throughout the process (Gemma, Dan & Lance) and I can honestly say that they have a customer for life - we're looking forward to getting our front door booked in with them next! For context, we had facias, soffits & guttering at the front and back, side capping, bay window cladding replacement with insulation and we had ours and next doors porch roof rebuilt by Roofline. I've added before and after photos so you can see just how nice it all looks.

I would like to say that dealing with Roofline Design from our initial enquiry on your website to completion of works was an absolute pleasure in a world of of companies who regularly let you down by way of false promises, failed delivery and poor attitude. Every member of your team arrived on time, understood our requirements and equally importantly were able to offer us the most appropriate solution. Each member of your team were polite and efficient all the way to cleaning up upon completion of their respective tasks. We would not hesitate to either use Roofline Design or recommend them
