I recently received my first order from Arrow Fresh. I was amazed at the care taken in packing. I never saw such good work in packing an order, for anything! The goods themselves were delightful and regional. No better way to buy British than use Arrow Fresh! They also had teas I can't get in Suffolk. I will definitely be ordering again, and again! Thank you to all the crew, buyers, packers, delivery men, everyone was top drawer!!! A great big thank you from Suffolk to Yorkshire. :)

I really never usually reply back to give feedback (as a mum if a 3 month and 2 year old you don't really get "spare time"!) but on this occasion I had to. We ordered a hamper for my mother in law for mother's day and it was fantastic! I was so happy to find the Arrow Fresh site via Google and as soon as I saw the hamper and the choice of bits inside knew it would make the perfect gift. Lots of hampers we'd seen for afternoon tea had too much for a couple and needed them to be eaten within a few days. The selection in the Arrow Fresh hamper would allow them to enjoy the treats over at least 2 weeks. As elderly people don't have such huge appetites, that was an important factor for us. As soon  as I placed the order, I received timely updates for delivery and on the day itself being able to track the driver and being given a time frame helped too. The hamper was delivered on time, in excellent condition and packed so beautifully- exactly the impact we wanted to make for my mother in law when she opened it. During these really hard times of separation we're having to use delivery services much more to mark our special occasions as we're in London and they are in Northumberland. Arrow Fresh would definitely be a service I'd use again for quality, choice and reliability. For reference we also ordered presents from M&S and despite paying more for nominated delivery, the parcel came late and the update and tracking via Hermes were rubbish. My sister in law ordered some candles via Amazon and had to cancel the order as they changed the delivery time once order was placed. So thanks to you all at Arrow Fresh for helping us make mothers day special!

I’ve placed several orders with Arrow Fresh before reviewing. The quality of their products on offer is excellent as is the customer service provided. The one time they sent my order by courier instead of hand delivery, the parcel was damaged by the courier to the extent it was not deliverable. One email to Arrow Fresh and I received an almost instant email and call from Harry who arranged for a driver to complete my order immediately despite the 110 mile round trip involved! Truly amazing quality products with first class customer service. Thanks Harry and all the team at Arrow Fresh.

I have ordered my cheesecakes from Sweet Baby Cheezus for a long time now and I was more than happy to travel the 1 hour round trip to collect them as they are that delicious! But now Arrow Fresh are delivering them, I’m over the moon!I received my first order today and they were super fresh, just as if I had picked them up from the store myself. You have to try them to truly understand how delicious they are. And thank you Arrow Fresh for not just great service, but great communication throughout the delivery of my items. Already placed my order of these and other items for next week 😁

I attended the arndale on 13/12/21 and the cookies, doughnuts looked immense I had to get one so I had the filled kinder Bueno doughnut it was divine I couldn't resist to use the £5 off voucher I got from Manchester and placed an order for over Christmas online for a range of sweet treats. i would highly recommend with cheap prices I look forward to receiving my order
