Its a must go top floor everything 99p bought a wool coat little black dress and matching shoes for 3 pound first floor good quality good prices and a variety staff really friendly worth a visit

Both myself and my wife bought a couple items from your Hunslet store by chance whilst passing by and received great customer service from Dee and the lady with the glasses. I think she was called Carol and they didn’t rush us out of the store when they where due to close. I also chatted to a very nice man called Nigel whilst my wife was looking at buying more dresses.😂 Next time we are passing through Leeds on the back of the excellent customer service we received we will definitely pay a visit.

Best charity shop price wise and amazing stock but my god the staff are so incredibly rude! The woman who works there with blonde short hair and glasses has an attitude that is close to diabolical! No customer service skills what so ever!

I love the shop spend 1/2 my salary in there as it’s so reasonably priced compared to others , the staff are so lovely and accommodating - even on the busiest of days they are all smiles and nothing is too much trouble .Big shout out to Nydge,Dee, Nicci , Jake and the lovely Catherine ! Keep up the good work !
