My daughter had a wonderful experience shopping for her prom dress at Precious Proms & Pearls. The customer service and care taken was second to none. The owner really wanted to make sure my daughter had a great appointment start to finish. When we arrived a welcome message was on the external of the shop which was a beautiful touch, then my daughter was asked what music she liked and that was played while she was trying the style of dresses on. The owner was very helpful and tentative and wanted to make sure my daughter got ‘the one’ when she found her choice of dressed it was celebrated with a ‘Yes To The Dress’. It wasn’t just an appointment it was a full experience that my daughter will always remember and cherish and made very special by Precious Proms & Pearls. I would highly recommend any girl looking for a prom dress to take a visit to this beautiful shop

What a fantastic little shop. From the moment we walked in with the lovely personal welcome sign. Cathy was amazing so helpful and kind my daughter felt so special. Her knowledge and expirence show with the help and advice she gave us. I would recomend Precious Proms and Pearls to any one looking for the perfect one to one prom dress experience just like we wanted. Thank you so very very much Cathy.

Fabulous service and staff. Picked my daughter's prom dress in 4 dresses. They listened to her wants and picked ones she fell in love with instantly. Treated her like a princess throughout. Thank you for making the experience easy. ❤️
