Bought some fruit. Pineapple was rotten inside cut open same day. Grapes had brown spotting 2 days after purchase. Strawberries were like rocks.

This has happened on too many occasions and manager has confirmed it's a system error. They are scamming people. I bought a few items which shows price reduced but when you pay they take full price. I had to go back and get my money back see my recent purchase. Bought passion fruit/mango yougurt...said it was £1.50 as discounted from £1.95. I paid and then noticed was charged full price...this happened a few times in the past with cereal and other itmens...I saw other customer waiting also to get money back for wrong price charged...can you imagine how many people have been ripped off. Those that don't check recipients. Trading standards needs to go and investigate this.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF THIS IS THE STORE IT IS COMING FROM!! sadly iceland at york road passed us to this sad excuse of a shop for deliveries once they opened, hardly ever have anything I order In stock and when they do they forget to deliver it, numerous times now I've been left without my frozen items, because the staff all share a brain and when you ring to tell them they don't answer, last time I rang 47 times and it was only early on in the afternoon, I'm currently on call 8 today and haven't spoken to anyone yet, complete joke, really want to go down, walk in take my stuff and leave, but I'll be the one in the wrong then 😀

Manager should be embarrassed. Missed out/undelivered items on online order, confirmation email said there was no missing items, tried calling store twice, to resolve issue and schedule redelivery however they never picked up. Called Iceland main office to resolve issue and not even they could get into contact with anyone at the store.
