The team at Leeds are absolutely excellent to deal with. They are very polite and welcoming. Kathleen was extremely helpful and very knowledgable in helping me choose an engagement ring and also having it resized. Due to work commitments I was struggling to collect the ring once it was ready, Aishia came into work on her day off so I could collect and again was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the team at Leeds. The only thing I would say is making contact via the phone is hard work and could be made easier. In the end I just turned up and luckily Kathleen squeezed me in.

Kathleen was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure. Her kindness and expertise made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Kathleen spent time with me as I wanted to go through different carat options, being particularly fussy myself she took her time to go through the different options and guided me what was the best option for me! Her knowledges on the diamonds was amazing and myself and my mum was really impressed on all the information she gave us.
