Returned a beautiful piece of jewellery bought online as a gift for my daughter. (The gift was in gold but my daughter prefers silver). Staff were very helpful in helping me with the online return and exchanged the item for the same piece in silver there and then, which my daughter was happy to wear to a party that evening 😊

Went today with my partner and her mum. Franchesca/Francesca (not sure which spelling is correct) was wonderful. She spent a long time helping to find the right chain for a special pendant. We were in there for some time and nothing was too much ask for her - she was kind, patient, smiley and very warm. She spent time speaking to my partners mum and making her feel comfortable and welcome. Have shopped here before and have always had great service with the team. But Francesca went above and beyond - a great attribute to Monica Vinander. Wish there were more sales assistants like her!

Absolutely amazing staff, everyone was great! Also because I’m new to Leeds they also have great places to recommend for food as well as jewellery. Everyone was very friendly and has that family feel. Amazing experience and they all should get a praise (and raise).

An absolutely brilliant service, there had been a mix up with the information I was originally given elsewhere however the manager of this branch went above and beyond to help. She said she would try her very best and that's exactly what she did to get the engraving perfect for my daughter to have a keepsake from her Granddad. We'll never forget this service, thank you again so much means the world x
