Good old fashioned customer service. Called in to look at upgrading my car for the same model but a newer version they had on the forecourt. Took it for a good test drive. Gave me a good part ex price, so bought it. No pressure, no bullshit and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend giving Foreman’s a try if your in the market for exchanging your car 👍

Used to be the go to garage that I’d once upon a time suggest to everyone… until my car went in for 2 new tyres and checked my ‘Hyundai Blue-Link App’ and noticed the car was driven over 100mph on 2 separate occasions while in the garages care while I was at work. Once the issue was raised, they still expected me to pay the full balance even after admitting fault and stating the mechanic in question was “disciplined”. Especially after I provided screenshots of the times and top speed reached. (Baring in mind that the head mechanic had no idea that my car was taken off the premises). The work was done on the 1st April and has only just been sorted by a brisk phone call saying they’d reduce the bill by taking off the labour as they have to balance the books for the tyres. Which personally I still find outrageous that I’m paying even a portion of the original bill as someone could have been seriously hurt or could have caused damage to my vehicle that is my pride and joy.

I have just purchased a lovely little car from this garage. The whole process from my first enquiry some months ago for a small automatic car until today - picking up the said required car has been stress free, a pleasure to visit the showroom. All the staff are very kind, courteous, helpful and nothing was too much trouble to explain to a blonde geriatric. Thank you for making my car purchase and exchange stress free. Simply the BEST.
