Established in 1996 in the beautiful village of Hutton Le Hole on the edge of The North York Moors, Moorwax Candlemakers are manufacturers of high quality candles for indoor and outdoor use. Using the best available waxes and wicks Moorwax Candlemakers aim to make candlemaking into an art form. Our candles are long lasting, clean burning and non smoking. We have our own special method of decorating candles and can match any colour. We also make traditional church-type candles and a very popular range of outdoor anti-midge citronella candles.
Visitors to the workshop can watch candles being made and decorated and are able to purchase a wide variety of candles and accessories as well as ordering candles to match their colour schemes or inscribed candle for weddings , anniversaries and special birthdays.
