Went to open gardens which happen a few times a year Admission was £5 each, and dog 🐕 friendly parking on a grass field . Several charity stalls and light refreshments available. Toilets. So to the gardens and they were excellent with some really big species of Several plants. Loads to see with some things for kids to do. Various walks around the estate with views of the sea and then Whitby from a viewpoint. Compared to some gardens we have visited recently this rates high. It was a charity event as well so we bought a few things and refreshments ...a good day !
Another lovely visit to look round the gardens. They were looking great. Parking easy to access and plenty of it. Lovely plant stall and cakes for sale though sad there wasn't a gluten free option. Thanks go to the Estate for supporting charities. Dog friendly.
Its a lovely place the gardens are very beautiful all round a really nice place but it ain't just open to the public
Lovely gardens, with formal and walled gardens, woodland and parkland with fine views across to Whitby
